  Cannot install BackTrack 5 R1 on VMware or Virtual box.

  G'day.
  
  I tried to install BackTrack 5 on my VMware or Virtualbox but when I boot it it says: "This kernal requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot - please use a kernal appropiate for your CPU.". Does anyone know how to fix it?
  
  I want to install it on my HDD but I got no free space for install other OS.
  
  System Specs:
  - Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz
  - Windows 7 PRO 64-bit
  - 2GB RAM
  - 1GB nVidia GeForce.
  - 1.5TB HDD.
  
  Will be glad if someone helps.
